 Sun

Please Remember to Stay Safe in the Sun By Following the Sun Safety Tips Below:

Make sure you:

Slip on sun protective clothing (covering up as much of your body as possible) and a wide brimmed hat.

Seek out the shade when the sun is at its strongest, in the UK this is between 11am and 3pm from March to October.

Slap on the sunscreen SPF 30 or higher with at least four star UVA protection.

Slide on some sunglasses.

Skin Moles - Keep an eye on skin moles. If you have lots of moles or freckles, your risk of getting skin cancer is higher than average, so take extra care.

Make sure you never burn. Sunburn increases your risk of skin cancer. Sunburn doesn't just happen on holiday – you can burn in the UK, even when it's cloudy.

Remember to take extra care with children
